PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formulation having excellent effect on accumulation suppression and/or reduction of fat in the body. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical formulation for accumulation suppression and/or reduction of fat in the body is prepared so that it contains (A) ephedrines and (B) glycyrrhizic acid in an amount of four times that by weight or more of the component (A) and so that the dose of the total (A) component is 2.5 to 9 mg a day for an adult.
