PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can visually identify the direction of the semiconductor, as viewed rom the sealing-resin side or substrate side of the semiconductor device. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device 100, a first resin part 12 and a second resin part 14 are provided on a substrate 10, the first resin part 12 is provided on the side part of the semiconductor device 100, and the second resin part 14 is provided on the center part of the semiconductor device 100. When the semiconductor device 100 is viewed from the side of the first resin part 12 or from the side of the substrate 10, the outer peripheral edge part on one specified side in the semiconductor device 100 is identifiable from the outer peripheral edge part on the other side on the appearance.
