PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition plate capable of reducing friction against a tumbler. SOLUTION: This partition plate of a rotary disk tumbler lock constitutes an inner cylinder via a retainer. In an almost circular plate-like body, a plurality of lug pieces 12 and 12 are protrusively provided its outer peripheral edge; and a spring shaft hole 14, a supporting shaft hole 15, a keyhole 16, a locking shaft hole 17 and a locking bar guiding groove 18 are formed in this order from an upper end. A shallow recess 21 is formed in the central portion of at least one surface of the plate-like body, except for the spring shaft hole, the supporting shaft hole, the locking shaft hole 17, the locking bar guiding groove 18, and an outer peripheral portion.
