The cover (1) has a cuff (4) arranged between hook and loop fasteners (2a) and provided for fastening and sealing of the cover at bones or arms of a patient. The cuff is inflatable. Elastic straps are provided in the sealing device. A combination sealing device (8) is arranged at an upper end of the cover and surrounds extremities of the patient. The cover is closed by a fastener e.g. zip fastener (6). The zip fastener and joints (7) are attached and/or sealed in air-tight manner. The cuff is in the form of a fabric sleeve, a rubber sleeve and a plastic sleeve.
