A ceiling fan constructed from an outer rotor motor (4) having a stator (2) through which a fixed shaft (1) penetrates and also having a rotor (3) which is supported so as to be rotatable about the stator (2), blades (5) mounted in a radial pattern to the rotor (3), a support base (6) mounted below the stator (1) so as to center on the fixed shaft (1), an angle changing unit (7) mounted to the support base (6), and stationary blades (9) removably mounted to a stationary blade holder which is mounted to the angle changing unit (7). The angle of elevation of the stationary blades (9) is adjustable by a single stationary-blade driving motor (10) for driving the angle changing unit (7). Thus, the ceiling fan has a simple structure.
