The seat has elements pivoted at an imaginary or real axis (45) such that a deformation of the lumbar vertebra region or the shoulder area is adjusted in forward direction without changing an inclination position of a backrest (3) by a deformation of the shoulder area or the lumbar vertebra region in rear direction automatically. The inclination position is provided opposite to a seat part (1). The imaginary or real axes extend horizontally between the shoulder and the lumbar vertebra region through a backrest frame (4) or parallel to the backrest frame.
