METHODS OF OSTEONECROSIS TRANSPLANTATION AND INDUCTION IN ANIMALS

PURPOSE: A treatment method using osteonecrosis or osteocyte transplantation is provided to improve reliability of treatment and apply the method for patients. CONSTITUTION: A treatment method through osteonecrosis or osteocyte comprises: a step of performing rapid temperature change to femur to induce necrosis; a step of sterilizing with povidone; a step of cutting rabbit then removing ligaments around the femur; a step of cutting metaphyseal region of the femur and top; a step of making space for transplantation of osteocyte therapeutic agent; a step of treating liquid nitrogen and incubation to induce necrosis and fixing the position; and a step of connecting ligament tissues and sealing lesion region.
