PURPOSE: A method for managing the old and the weak and a control method thereof are provided to enable a manager who takes care for the old and the weak to manage the time efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing the old and the weak comprises the following steps. A power line(130) is connected to the first space(1) where the disabled person and the old and the weak stay and the second space(2) where a manager stays. Through the power line, paging information of the disabled person and the old and the weak is transmitted from the first space to the second space.
