PURPOSE: A wind power apparatus using natural draft force of a chimney stack is provided to generate wind power using a natural ventilation force during the inoperation of a boiler by installing a fan. CONSTITUTION: A wind power apparatus using natural draft force of a chimney stack of a boiler comprises fan housing devices(302,502,506,602,606,700,704,708), a power generating device, a converter, a charging device, a switching unit, and a controller. The fan housing devices adhere to a manhole(300) installed at the bottom of the chimney stack. The power generating device changes the energy generated by the operation of a fan into electrical energy. The converter transforms the electrical energy from the power generating device. The charging device is charged by power outputted from the converter. The switching part connects the power generating device and the converter or releases the power generating device and the converter. The controller controls the switching unit.
