PURPOSE: A red ginseng liquid manufacturing machine having a condenser is provided to prevent harmful components from being mixed without installing a packing. CONSTITUTION: A red ginseng liquid manufacturing machine(10) having a condenser is composed of a main body(12), a steaming container(20), a condensation cover(30), a condensation coil(42), a circulating pump(44), and a heat exchanger(46). A heater(14) is built in the main body. The steaming container matures red ginseng filled in the curing room with the steam vapor generated by a heater. The condensation cover is combined to the steaming container. The condensation coil forcibly condensates the steam generated from the steaming container. The circulating pump forcibly circulates a refrigerant with the condensation coil. The heat exchanger is connected to the condensation coil. The heat exchanger discharges the heat absorbed in the condensation coil. |
