Clip for fastening a flexible textile sheet

The clamp has two brackets (4,5) and a base area connected to the brackets. A bottleneck (8) is provided at which a desired frictional force is developed for achieving the clamping effect. The intermediate space width (W) of the bottleneck is smaller than the sum of thickness of a grating (1) and thickness of the ductile sheet material. An insertion area is formed for sliding the clamp on the grating. The clamp resists its sliding and drawing with low friction.
