METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING OF COMMUNICATION CALL

PURPOSE: A method and a device for controlling a communication call are provided to charge a communication signal if an originating terminal deviates from a private network when the originating terminal attempts to connect a communication call or is during communication call connection. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a communication call comprises the following steps. A location registration approval message is received from an exchange(610). It is determined whether a mobile terminal deviates from a private network by analyzing the location registration approval message(615). The mobile terminal is a terminal which attempts to connect a communication call or during communication call connection. If the mobile terminal deviates from a private network, the current connected communication call is terminated(625).
