PURPOSE: A motor for driving a lens is provided to improve the reliability of a product by always locating a carrier at an initial state. CONSTITUTION: A motor for driving a lens comprises a housing, a yoke, a magnet, a carrier, a coil, a spring, and a magnetic member. The yoke(120) is fixed inside the housing(110). The magnet is fixed at the yoke. The carrier(130) is installed inside the yoke and the lens is coupled with the carrier. The coil is fixed on the carrier and moves the carrier by acting with the magnet in case of applying current. The inner circumference of the spring is fixed on the carrier and the outer circumference is fixed on the housing, so the spring returns the carrier. The magnetic member(180) is coupled on the carrier and acts with the magnet.
