A burglarproof system of wireless microphone generating burglarproof frequency and control method thereof are provided to prevent a theft of a microphone by generating a warning in a burglarproof device in case of stealing a wireless microphone from a guest in a place like a karaoke. A burglarproof system of wireless microphone generating burglarproof frequency comprises a microphone(100) and a microphone detecting apparatus(200). The microphone generates acoustic signal by an acoustic inputted to a head housing unit, optical signal by a light inputted to an illuminance sensor located in a handle part, and burglarproof frequency having an interception alarm generation signal by one signal in among the acoustic signal and the optical signal. The microphone detecting apparatus receives the burglarproof frequency, and generates a warning by demodulating the interception alarm generation signal from the burglarproof frequency.
