PURPOSE: A detector transferring device and a test piece mounting device are provided to obtain optimum standard data according to workplace environment. CONSTITUTION: A detector transferring device comprises a frame(110), a first transport tool, and a specimen mounting broad. A first guide path(112) is formed to move for inducing the detection unit in the first direction. The first transport unit moves detection unit along the first guide path. A specimen mounting part(170) is apart from the movement route of the detection unit. The specimen is mounted on the specimen mounting board to obtain standard data about the material inspected through the detection unit.
