PURPOSE: A hands-free system using the Bluetooth and a control method thereof are provided to operate a PTT(Push to talk) wirelessly. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free system using a PTT radiophone(200) includes a Bluetooth headset(220), a Bluetooth dongle(210), and a PTT key device(230). The Bluetooth headset outputs an audio signal received from the other party to a user through voice. The Bluetooth dongle is connected to the radiophone to toggle a transmission mode and a reception mode according to a received PTT key signal. The PTT key device transmits the PTT key signal to the Bluetooth dongle according to the manipulation of the user.
