For the purpose of providing a dry powder of amino acids and with great oral meltability and solubility, and developing a method for producing the same, a method for producing a powder of amino acids, including spray drying a hydrous solution of amino acids to produce a powder of amino acids is disclosed, where the hydrous solution of amino acids is prepared into the form of a microfine liquid droplet in the presence of trehalose for spray drying, to prepare a powder of a mean particle size of 0.1 mu m to 15 mu m, as well as a method for producing a powder of amino acids, including granulation and drying during spray drying or after spray drying, to prepare a granulated powder of a mean particle size of 20 mu m to 1,000 mu m. |
