摘要 PURPOSE: A polymer organic electroluminescent device with a laminate structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve stability of the device by forming the laminate structure even through the high molecular weight polymer or insoluble polymer is used. CONSTITUTION: A polymeric electroluminescent device is formed by successively laminating a first electrode layer(20), a hole implantation layer(30), an organic light emitting layer(40), an electron implantation layer(50) and a second electrode layer(60) on a substrate(10). At least one of the first electrode layer, the hole implantation layer, the organic light emitting layer, the electron implantation layer and the second electrode layer is formed by the reaction with solutions sprayed from a plurality of ink jet heads. One of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer is formed by the reaction with the first ink composite and the second ink composite.
