PURPOSE: A combustion reformer using a ceramic board is provided to secure stability of a catalyst, and to maximize reaction surface area of a channel plate. CONSTITUTION: A combustion reformer(100) using a ceramic board includes a first plate(110), a second plate(120), and a channel plate(130). The first plate or the second plate has a fluid inflow port or a fluid outflow port. The channel plate is arranged between the first plate and the second plate. The channel plate forms a flow path between the plates. The catalyst layer is formed on the surface of the channel plate.
