PURPOSE: A decorative matter and a decoration article are provided, which can obtain dark black which shows the high-quality feeling since a black layer absorbs the gloss. CONSTITUTION: A decorative matter includes a transparent substrate(10), a coloring transparent layer(20), and a black layer(30). The transparent substrate has minute concavo-convex region side in one side. The coloring transparent layer is formed on the side which has the minute concavo-convex region in the transparent substrate. The black layer is formed on the coloring transparent layer. The minute concavo-convex region is formed in a part of the transparent substrate. |
