PURPOSE: A school zone monitoring system is provided to prevent crimes by taking photographs of moving object with pan tilt movement. CONSTITUTION: A school zone monitoring system comprises a light emitting device(10), a photoelectric receiver(20), an object location perception part, a camera, and a controller. The light emitting device radiates the laser sheet beam in the monitoring area. The photoelectric receiver includes a plurality of light to electricity conversion elements which generates electric signal by receiving laser sheet beam. The object location perception part determines the movement of an object. The camera performs the moving picture photographing. The controller controls a camera to take a photograph from receiving the location of an object. |
