<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for preparations, which can be used for various purposes including the dilution of active ingredients in the fields of foods, medicines, feeds, and the like, is low in reactivity with the active ingredients, and further to provide a preparation produced with the additive. <P>SOLUTION: This additive for preparations, used for compositions containing the primary amines as active ingredients, respectively, comprises trehalose.
