摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the tension of thread in a stable state with simple structure without increasing the number of components of an automatic winder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tension sensor 30 comprises a tension detecting part 31a detecting the tension of the thread unwound from a thread supply bobbin 12 and wound on a package P; an upstream thread support member 35 supporting the thread in a thread reeling passage Y upstream of the tension detecting part 31a; and a downstream thread support member 33 supporting the thread in the thread reeling passage Y downstream of the tension detecting part 31a. The tension sensor 30 is formed to bring the thread into contact with the tension detecting part 31a at a predetermined angle. The upstream thread supporting member 35 and the downstream thread support member 33 come in contact with the thread from opposite sides to each other with respect to the thread reeling passage Y. The thread can thereby be led into the thread reeling passage Y without forming the upstream thread support member 35 and the downstream thread support member 33 as movable components.
