<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage file which can always be taken out of a storing tool and can be stored in a state capable of instantaneously being used. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The storage file comprises a first cover sheet 2 and a second cover sheet 3. A backbone 4 is arranged between the first cover sheet 2 and the second cover sheet 3. Bind-in members 5 are arranged in the backbone 4. A hole 8 is formed near the upper end of the backbone 4. A hang-on tongue piece 10 is arranged while passing the hole 8. The hang-on tongue piece 10 has a securing part 13 secured by passing through the hole 8 and an annular part 12 located at the tip of the securing part 13. At least a part of the securing part 13 contacts with the contact face between the hole 8 and the upper end of the backbone 4.
