<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument insertion attachment for full thickness resection of the colonic wall which can improve the workability of inserting the treatment instrument insertion attachment into the colon deeply and allow to perform full thickness resection of the colonic wall credibly, and also to provide a medical appliance system using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A sheath section 5 has a living body tissue pressing section 31 around the treatment side hole formed by a frame-like arm member 32. The treatment instrument insertion attachment is provided with a folding means 34 for holding a front frame 32a of the arm member 32 foldably and a tissue pressing operation section 36 for opening or closing the front frame 32a of the arm member 32 so as to move the front frame between a use position where the front frame is opened forward to form the treatment side hole 6 and a close position where the front frame 32a of the arm member 32 is folded in the rear of the treatment side hole 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
