<p>PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a synchronization channel using a multi antenna is provided to perform synchronization without respect to the number of antennas that a base station uses to transmit in performing time/frequency synchronization in a synchronization channel. CONSTITUTION: A method for transmitting a synchronization channel using a multi antenna comprises the following steps. Cyclic shift is applied to sequences of a synchronization channel by using a shift value which is promised per an antenna in advance. The sequences to which cyclic shift is applied are transmitted from a base station to a terminal. A multi antenna transmission diversity method is applied to a broadcasting channel.</p> |
