CONSTITUTION: A method for improving thickness of porcine backfat using gene polymorphism of uncoupling protein 3 comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from blood sample; a step of performing PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction); a step of sequencing; a step of treating restriction enzyme Sma I to determining genotype; and a step of analyzing.
