PURPOSE: A conjugated polymer FRET system and a biosensor are provided to maximize FRET signal. CONSTITUTION: A conjugated polymer FRET system and a biosensor comprises fluorescence molecule(-C*) which is conjugated to a nucleic acid as a fluorescence receptor or cathion conjugated polymer as a fluorescence donor. A counterion which has different size with the cathion conjugated polymer is also contained. The counterion of the cathion conjugated polymer performs ion-exchange.
