Alarm management in a telecommunication network

It is described a method of managing alarms traveling in a telecommunication network (TN). The method comprises, at an alarm surveillance device (ASD) cooperating with the telecommunication network: a) detecting an alarm flow (A); b) associating to the alarm flow (A) a frame (AP) comprising at least one alarm string; and c) transmitting the frame (AP) to a management terminal (MT). The method further comprises, at the management terminal (MT): d) associating to the frame (AP) an alarm voice message (AVM); and e) playing the alarm voice message (AVM) by means of an audio transmitter (TA).
