PURPOSE: A method for preparing a nano particle carrier for oral administration containing rosiglitazone is provided to improve loading efficiency to 80% and control to have uniform particle. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a nano particle carrier for oral administration containing rosiglitazone comprises a step of loading the rosiglitazone or pharmaceutically acceptable derivative in the form of poly. The poly copolymer has 40,000-75,00 of molecular weight. The rosiglitazone or pharmaceutically acceptable derivative is contained in 01-3 weight%. The diameter of nano particle is 50-150 nm.
