PURPOSE: An apparatus for safely injecting liquid by measuring the fixed quantity of the liquid is provided to put liquid drug to the mouth of a patient without spilling out the liquid drug by accurately measuring the amount of the liquid drug. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for safely injecting liquid by measuring the fixed quantity of the liquid comprises the followings. A scale is formed on the side of a transparent hard meter formed inside the bottom(16) of a bottle cap(4). The air is circulated through an air hole(7) formed at the right side of the upper end of the meter(6). The end(11) of an L-shaped supplying pipe(10) is coupled on a pipe coupling hole(8). A soft tube(15) is coupled on the inside of the upper end of the supply pipe in which a heavy ball is placed in a space(14). A packing(30) adheres closely to the inside of the bottom of the bottle cap in which a female screw is formed. A male screw of a stopper is coupled on the female screw(18) of the upper end of the meter and the end of the lower pipe(36) is contacted with left inner wall. A cover(27) opens and closes an exhaust pipe(19) formed on the upper side of the stopper.
