The transmission and reception object van corporation information is confirmed by reading the transmission and reception rate toward the stored van corporation in the memory unit, when the card information is read in a card reader(605). The member store number information and the van corporation encryption key connected with the confirmed van corporation information are confirmed(610). The settlement approval request information including the card information, the settlement amount information and the confirmed member store number information is generated(615). The generated settlement approval request information is coded as the confirmed van corporation encryption key(625). The van corporation information is attached to the encrypted settlement approval request information, and transmitted to the local server(630). |
