PURPOSE: A complex system with an ink-jet printing function and a testing function, and an ink-jet printing apparatus having the same are provided to improve productivity and effectiveness by monitoring and feeding back inspection result to apply the inspection result on following printing processes and removing the problems of the following printing processes. CONSTITUTION: A complex system with an ink-jet printing function comprises an ink-jet head, a gantry, an inspection device, and the control device. A plurality of ink-jet heads(220) supply ink on a printing object to form a plurality of patterns(214). The gantry(230) in which a plurality of ink-jet heads are mounted moves on the printing object. One or more inspection device(240) is mounted on the rear part of the gantry. The inspection device inspects a plurality of patterns formed on the printing object. The control device(280) controls each operation of the ink-jet heads, the gantry, and the inspection devices.
