<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic printed matter reception and management device, a control method therefor, an electronic printed matter reception and management system, and a program that allow for a correction about requested printing and enable efficient execution of processing about the correction. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic printed matter reception and management server 301 receives printing information including print data and printing conditions from a request terminal 100 requesting printing via a network 400. From the printing information, a printing price and a delivery date are calculated. If an instruction to change the printing information is received from the request terminal 100, whether a period of change has elapsed or not is determined, and if the printing information change is possible, the printing price and delivery date of printing are recalculated on the basis of the changed printing information. According to the recalculation result, re-settlement instruction information about the printing based on the changed printing information is transmitted to a settlement terminal 200 via the network 400.
