<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain edible oil by including much polyphenol by grape seed oil and developing color of vivid red color recalling red grapes (red wine). <P>SOLUTION: The edible oil is obtained by including red grape leaf extract and monascus color in grape seed oil.
