PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen production promoter having a function for activating the production of the collagen by fibroblast cells, a collagenase inhibitor for inhibiting the collagenase activity associated with the reduction and degeneration of the collagen, a fibroblast cell-propagating agent having activity for propagating the fibroblast cells, a skin cosmetic material having excellent aging prevention and improvement activities, and a food or beverage having a beautifying function obtained by blending such active ingredients.
