The containers (1) and the device for the transmission of excise stamps are adjustable against each other. The device and the container are angularly adjustable around the common vertical axis. The containers are adjustable opposite the non-adjustable excise stamp delivery device. An independent claim is also included for the procedure for applying excise stamps.
