PURPOSE: An iron frame top-down construction system is provided to improve a pin connection for underground layer. CONSTITUTION: An iron frame top-down construction system comprises a CFT post(10). The CFT post includes a backing girder(20). A backing girder comprises a floor framework of a terrestrial first floor and a floor framework of a basement floor. The backing girder supports a step and a slab for constructing a form structure. The CFT posts are connected by bolting the backing girder to a connecting plate with a pin connection mode.
