PURPOSE: A system for remotely managing computer resources and a method thereof are provided to automatically delete illegal software installed in PCs to be managed by transmitting/executing a deletion program to the PCs. CONSTITUTION: A system for remotely managing computer resources comprises a center server(20) and a management server(30). The center server selects programs to be deleted among computer resources installed in managed PCs(11,12,13), generates and transmits a deletion program for deleting illegal software. The management server executes the deletion program to delete illegal software within the managed PCs.
