摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a white lotus leaf tea using loess and Korean paper is provided to prevent gastrointestinal disease and arteriosclerosis and to promote defecation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a white lotus leaf tea comprises the following steps of: cutting white lotus leaves and drying them at the temperature of 65 ~ 75 °C for 10 ~ 15 hours until the moisture content becomes 15-20%; wrapping the white lotus leaves with Korean paper and aging them in a loess room at the temperature of 60 ~ 70 °C for 20 ~ 24 hours until the moisture content becomes 9% or less; and packing the aged white lotus leaves to produce the white lotus leaf tea.
