PURPOSE: Para-aramid paper and knife-proof cloths including the same are provided to offer good bulletproof effect, knife-proof effect, flexibility, and tensile strength, and to give good wearability. CONSTITUTION: Para-aramid paper comprised of para-aramid pulp and para-aramid monofibers. The weight per unit area of the para-aramid paper is 10~500g/m^2. The intensity of the para-aramid paper is 1~10kgf/15mm. The para-aramid paper is comprised of para-aramid pulp of 10~40 weight% and para-aramid monofibers of 60~90 weight%. The length of the para-aramid pulp is 5mm or less. |
