PURPOSE: A sine wave controller integrated with a BLDC motor and a method for controlling the sine wave are provided to generate six sine wave PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) wavelength based on a rising waveform, a falling waveform, and a 60 degrees reference waveform using a logic circuit. CONSTITUTION: A sine wave controller integrated with a BLDC motor includes an inverter(13), a controller(17) and a logic unit(16). The inverter has six switching elements for switching a three-phase AC power source. The controller generates a rising waveform, a falling waveform, and a 60 degrees reference waveform to generate a sine wave PWM signal for operating the inverter. The logic unit generates the sine wave PWM signal supplied to the six switching elements based on the rising waveform, the falling waveform, and the 60 degrees reference waveform. |
