PURPOSE: A mobile RFID service system for enterprise and a service method thereof are provided to maximize the enterprise efficiency in business to increase ROI(Return On Investment) by offering contents information in WAP format on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A mobile RFID service system for enterprise and a service method thereof comprises a legacy system, an EPC information service server, an RFID tag, an RFID reader, a mobile terminal, and an enterprise server. The legacy system(600) provides the company information and product information about the arbitrary enterprise. The EPC information service server(500) transmits by the request of the legacy system it processes tag event data. The RFID tag(210) is attached to the product which is supplied by an enterprise which has the legacy system. The RFID tag saves tag event data consisting of the identifying information and information server location information about a product. The RFID reader(200) outputs tag event data stored in the RFID tag. The mobile terminal(100) transmits tag event data inputted from the RFID reader it is connected to the RFID reader. The mobile terminal expresses on an on-screen it is received with the product information received in response to tag event data. The enterprise server(700) includes RFID coupling broker, the information server, the EPC interface, and the interface framework. The RFID coupling broker(750) transmits product requested data the product information is requested. The information server(760) provides the product information matched for product requested data received from RFID coupling broker from the legacy system to the mobile terminal. The EPC interface(770) enables the communication environment between RFID coupling broker and EPC information service server. The interface framework(780) enables the communication environment between each information server and legacy system. |
