PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sheet for skin patch is provided to use for a long time and supply moisture and nutrition to skin without irritation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sheet for skin patch comprises: a step of dipping a support in a liquid; a step of inputting 60-98 % of sodium hydroxide to the support and stirring; a step of adding monochloroacetic acid then maturing; a step of filtering the support and drying; a step of filtering and washing the support; and a step of dipping the support to essence liquid. The dipping liquid comprises component selected from isopropyl alcohol, isopropanol, ethanol, 35% of hydrochloric acid, and acetic acid.
