FIELD: paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: multi-axis net is made in the form of a conveyor belt levelled in two layers along fold lines. CD fibre bundles located perpendicular to direction of the paper moved on the machine are taken from the bends in order to create zones with split fibres. At that, MD fibre bundles located in the direction of the paper movement are left unbound in the zones with split fibres. Then connection loops are made from unbound MD fibre bundles on the bends. Thin porous material is sewn in the net at each bend. Thin porous material connects CD fibre bundles along the edges of the zones with split fibres, thus providing the possibility for connection loops to pass through the material. Movement of CD fibre bundles to the butt joint zone is prevented. ^ EFFECT: high quality of making thereof. ^ 16 cl, 11 dwg |
