PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pre-wall paper is provided to offer various functionalities including base wall paper effects, and to minimize defects of wall paper. CONSTITUTION: Pre-wall paper(2) includes front surface paper(10) and rear surface paper(16) formed on both sides of foamed resin sheets(18) of 1~5mm. The surface paper is formed by bonding a nonwoven sheet and a pulp sheet. The surface sheet is bonded with the nonwoven sheet and the foamed resin sheets. The foamed resin sheet is the formed the PE foamed resin, and the nonwoven sheet is PET non-woven. |
