PURPOSE: A method for constructing a filter layer of bank-filtered water or installing a water collecting device is provided to collect the large amount of the bank-filtered water artificially. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a filter layer of bank-filtered water or installing a water collecting device comprises the following steps of: installing a wall in the river; securing a space for forming the filter layer(40); assembling various water collecting pipes(30); installing a water collecting pump(80) and a pipe; completing a vertical well by connecting vertical well units; installing the vertical well on the bottom of the filter layer; making the filter layer by filling the sand on a space; forming a gravel layer; and removing the wall to transfer the water.
