FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises elastic tapered ring (12) embracing core (9) with shaped working surface. Aforesaid ring (12) is partly, over it height, arranged in housing (1) furnished with circular ledge on inner surface in contact with outer surface of ring (12). In compliance with the first version, total area of ring bulge surfaces exceeds that of the rings arranged outside the housing provided that total bulge area, when ring deforms inside the housing, exceeds that when the ring deforms outside the housing.
