PURPOSE: A lottery machine using water pressure is provided to choose a ball in the lottery machine fairly, and to offer measurement and pleasure of lottery for the people. CONSTITUTION: A lottery machine using water pressure comprises a plurality of light balls, a transparent cylindrical container(10), a grip, holes, an outlet, and a water-proof rubber unit. The transparent cylindrical container stores rainwater and the balls. The water-proof rubber unit blocks leakage of the water. The grip is formed to rotate the cylindrical container with a motor.
