PURPOSE: A battery cover for a vehicle is provided to improve shielding effect on engine heat by making a thick battery cover and blocking outside engine heat and forming a groove formed inside and discharging heated air inside the cover through the groove. CONSTITUTION: A battery cover for a vehicle comprises a front plate(120), a rear plate(140), and side boards(160,180). The upper side of the battery cover is opened. A groove(110) is formed inside the battery cover for the air flow. The groove is formed inside the front plate and the rear plate.
